Pricing

Simple plans. No surprise bills.

Take Messaging, Business Email, or both. Every plan states its limits up front, and none of them charge usage overages.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled.

No usage overages

Sends above your monthly allowance are rejected, never billed as an extra.

Two products, one account

Messaging and Business Email are billed separately and managed from the same workspace.

Change plan when you need to

Downgrades keep the period you paid for, and cancelling simply stops the next renewal.

Messaging

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, sending domains, inbound routing, and the API. All limits are per workspace.

WhatsApp is early access and unavailable on Messaging Free. SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram use the devices, accounts, and bots you connect; their limits are on connected resources, not message volume. Stored-message history is limited to the applicable period or the newest 100 stored messages per channel, whichever limit is reached first. Every workspace starts with a Default project, which counts toward its project allowance. Projects organise resources and their activity, not separate billing accounts or member permissions. See the Projects guide.

Business Email

Hosted mailboxes on your domain, with webmail, IMAP, and SMTP. This is a separate product; its mailbox allowance adds to the five mailboxes included with a paid Messaging subscription.

For example, Developer Messaging plus Business Email Team provides eight mailboxes: five included with Messaging and three from Business Email Team. The free Business Email allowance is one mailbox per account; it does not add a sixth mailbox to a paid Messaging plan.

No usage overages

Supromail does not charge usage overages. Sends above the monthly email allowance are rejected until the next calendar month or a plan change. Project or resource creation above a plan limit is rejected until you reduce active resources or projects, or change plan.

Changing or cancelling a plan

The workspace owner manages each product separately in Plan & billing. An upgrade requires payment confirmation. A downgrade applies the lower tier while preserving the current paid period. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of that period.

If Resume subscription is available before the period ends, the owner can undo a scheduled cancellation without a new checkout. Once the period ends, a new paid subscription requires checkout. Existing resources are not silently deleted, but you cannot create additional resources or projects above the new plan's limit.

Support

Every plan can start a support conversation through the chat widget in the Supromail app and email support@supromail.com. Response times are targets, not service-level commitments. Enterprise support, including any dedicated chat, phone, or SLA, requires a separate written agreement.

For billing, security, abuse, or sales: billing@supromail.com, security@supromail.com, abuse@supromail.com, or sales@supromail.com.
