What to include

A few details help us route your message quickly:

  • Your name, company, and workspace name if you have one.
  • The channel involved: email, SMS, webhooks, API, account, billing, or security.
  • Relevant domain, device name, message ID, webhook endpoint, error code, or timestamp.
  • For security reports, steps to reproduce, impact, affected URLs, and whether credentials or customer data may be exposed.
